Ixia's Certified Support Partner (CSP) - Specialization Training
Ixia Certified Support Partners (CSPs) are a select group of Elite partners that deliver high-quality, highvalue services to Ixia Visibility Solution customers via their own Technical Support centers. The CSP rating is a Specialization within the Ixia Channel Xcelerate Program allowing partners to brand, differentiate, and increase their profitability based on their own proven expertise.
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems — Requirements is
a document of approximately 30 pages which is available from
the national standards organization in each country.
It is supplemented by two other standards: ISO 9000:2005 Quality management systems -Fundamentals and vocabulary and ISO 9004:2009 Managing for the sustained success of an organization—A quality management approach. Only ISO 9001 is directly audited against for third party assessment purposes. The other two standards are supplementary.
The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, (RoHS 1),
short for Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment, was adopted in February 2003
by the European Union.
|The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) is the European Community directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) which, together with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, became European Law in February 2003. The WEEE Directive set collection, recycling and recovery targets for all types of electrical goods, with a minimum rate of 4 kilograms per head of population per annum recovered for recycling by 2009.|
