As Telcos in AsiaPac migrate to 40 and 100G, there is a growing need to improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs). By establishing a presence in Australia, Net Optics raises its engagement with AsiaPac customers who need high-density access and deep diagnostics to identify the root of network problems.
“We were looking for an innovative, proven solution that provides customers with a game-changing technology, as well as a company and team that shares our values, strategy and vision,” said Net Optics Founder and Chairman of the Board, Eldad Matityahu. “This was that technology and team.”
Triplelayer already has an eight-year history of successful joint deployments with Net Optics for some of the world's largest telecommunications providers, financial services firms, and enterprises across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. nMetrics and Triplelayer founders David Britt and Steven Urquhart will play significant roles at Net Optics, where Britt will lead the charge in product design, innovation and code for APM products across Net Optics as Director of APM Technology. Urquhart will head up all Net Optics sales efforts across APAC. The rest of the nMetrics and Triplelayer team will be fully integrated into Net Optics' new office in Sydney.
“We're extremely excited to be a continued part of Net Optics' innovation and expansion going forward,” said Britt. “The history of success among our companies delivers a competitive and technological advantage that will benefit existing and prospective customers globally.”
